I joined this company on 18 March 2020 and the lockdown began on 22 March. and I had received a mail from the company owner side that as long as there is a lockdown, so the salary will credit, and as soon as the lockdown is over, 25% of the remaining salary and current month salary will credit. then all the employees said okay. but when the lockdown was over, he decided to did not pay the remaining 4-month salary and did not pay anyone. he giving a date, saying that he will pay the salary but till now one received a salary. so my advice is to never work with such a fake company and these people are probably thinking of close the company and running away.
