Management is good and understanding, I learn a lot from this organisation, MANAGER manager and TL behaviour is nice for everyone.

People those are sitting in management they are very cheap and characterless people are in relationships at workplace and for that they are favouring them only hence other employees are suffering even after giving full efforts. NIIT is a balanced organisation, it has good culture, and provide constent learning opportunities.

Not at all, if you are somebody who is not intrested in constent learning, then you might feel bad.

It's okay to work in NIIT if you are not looking forward for high salary and promotions. For first timers, it's a good learning experience but for others with experience, NIIT do not give good salary packages as compared with other companies.

Work life balance is okay kind of. Ways of how management should work is not here at all. They love micro managing everything. Senior management loves to give you hard time.

No appraisals even if you are hardworking. They will cut off your appraisals on the name of new idea submission and scores. I got lots of client appreciations still the hike was 0%. They are okay in letting their employees go if they ask for salary hike. One person is required to do the work of 4 people. Workload is too much and youare at your manager's discretion. If he tells the management you are doing good work you are good even when you don't work at all and if he doesn't like you he will tell the management you aren't good. They would believe him. There is no growth on individual level and the manager are not people manager they are manager's manager. The humiliation is disgusting Overall the company police is good but on hirercy level it goes worst. The salary is not worthy according to the work I have been done

There are lots of things company needs to improve for their employees, whether it is about appraisal or work load they need to understand employees need.
