Ridiculous work from home policy. Only 3 allowed in a quarter. 5. As a software engineer, you will be working the equivalent of 5 roles here (Sales, BA, QA, Tester, Developer).

I like the working culture of Miniorange. Everyone has tasks and no one's time gets wasted. The seniors are also very supportive here. And the food given here is really healthy and good.

Dislikes

The number of earned leaves is less and the additional benefits like travelling allowance is not there. Otherwise, everything else is really good here.

I personally enjoys working here. As per my experience, this place is good for learning and growing. There is a lot of scope to work in different SSO based technologies here. My team's work involves Java and jsp.

The company is a high-growth firm. Has a good culture and ample opportunities to learn and up your skillsets. Seniors are generally helpful and help you learn. They do reward results and hard work. Overall a meritocratic system

Dislikes

Mostly has a startup culture. You'll have to work on weekends and at night as well. Difficult to cope initially for some wrt work-life balance. It gets easier as time passes though.

The Work-Life Balance is horrible. Also, the management is poor and the entire company is highly centered around revenue. Based on the revenue the environment changes.

Really Great please to learn. Seniors are very helpful. Work culture is good. Growth is very good you may get 100% hike in your salary in one year if you work well.
