1. Poor management - both in human resources and projects. 2. Hugely variable salary. In-hand amount is 30-40% less than advertised ctc. 3. Very few leaves - 10 for an year. 4. Ridiculous work from home policy. Only 3 allowed in a quarter. 5. As a software engineer, you will be working the equivalent of 5 roles here (Sales, BA, QA, Tester, Developer).

Poor management. They micromanage employees. They don't have clear vision. One day you will be working on java and other day they will ask you to develop wordpress plugin. Scrum masters are the not experienced so they judge you very quickly and treat you like that, they are not professional. Salary is scam 20% variable.

You have no value when you are out of the company as mostly you will work on plugin they have over WordPress .But you can neither say you are WordPress developer not the php developer as for WordPress developer in any other company, knowledge of making WordPress site is necessary and as php developer you must have the knowledge of any framework of php like laravel or codeigniter which you would not get there. So i don't think it's a right decision for a fresher to join there. But you will as they give good salary but no skills to validate that salary. So overall it's trap. (You get 10-15 leaves [including sick leaves] per year) Your compensation depends upon the revenue of the company, which is not ideal since you are employees and not partners. Office politics, you can see that if someone is related to someone like gf/bf then you can get promoted faster, depends on whom you are associated with.

Dislikes

Company is a realshit hole. Worst salary, duping client by creating code difficult to understand by obfuscating it. Too much aggression and shouting on juniors, all in all bad company.

You will have a lot of things to learn. The company tries to keep the employees healthy and energetic by arranging various outings, weekend activities, heath campaigns, etc.

Dislikes

You will have to work on anything even if you are not interested or not in that field. It is not a bad thing, but you may not a choice over there. Your job profile and work may defer.
