Lot of performance layoffs in the middle. Lot of firing before the year end appraisals every year. This has affected the company's work culture a lot. No Job Security as such. Either you work or don't work there is always a possibility of getting fired

Mindtickle has hired several leadership which has completely ruined the work culture, positiveness. No one is secured in this company this has become a rat hole and the people are just focussing on their salaries. Managers are wants to listen yes for everything they will put entire blames on you instead of accepting their faults. They will humiliate you in front of leadership.

Dislikes

Recent layoffs due to improving numbers were not great. Rather than improving strategy by working on Sales and reducing Churn, R&D team members saw the axe.

There is no growth path that company provides. There should be some training department which people can leverage to upskill. Some classroom trainings that could have a group of people having similar interest register and could be time bounded.
