Though I do not have the details of what appears to have been a traumatic experience, I am sorry to read that things did not go well for you and I wish that we had the opportunity to both hear and resolve your issues earlier. Though this may sound inauthentic to you, I can attest to hearing from hundreds of Mindteckers about how they appreciated upskilling through our robust L&D programme, how they enjoyed working on interesting and meaningful projects, as well as how we prioritise work-life balance for every employee barring some instances of having to adapt to client demand. As far as increments go, these are dependent on multiple factors, including role, performance and market competitiveness.
