Growing organization and good exposure and a chance to hone your skills.

Dislikes

Most of the higher management here is orthodox and they think they own things here. This organization badly needs a better management. My personal appraisal experience was bad and I was given zero hike. Sometimes there's a gist of toxic work culture in here.

What thing I like they are providing much benefits to their employees like health benefits, leaves are sufficient, work life balance is Ok

My current salary is 28 LPA and few companies like TCS and Capgemini have rejected me after all rounds because they think my salary is high. However I am not good with DSA to apply for good product based companies. I already resigned from my current company and relieved.
