Rewards, salary hikes, and promotion depended on how strong your lobby was with the decision-makers. I have worked with them for a decade so I know what I am saying. Work-life balance mostly depends on your boss. I was lucky to have no immediate boss for some years and an awesome one as the last so I could manage well for some years. Salary hikes have been very bad from the last few years for no logical reasons; in 2019 no growth was given even to those who were promoted. It has happened earlier too in various names....Read More

The company culture was great at first. Young and vibrant people all around. Median age would be around 28-29 yrs. The exposure to various categories and understanding of consumer behaviour and interaction with clients at an early stage is a positive. In short >> Good company to start your career

Dislikes

The top management is not very good now in terms of encouraging talented people, and maintaining the culture that was in the company few years back. There is a lot of dissatisfaction among people in the lower ranks and the company is failing to retain good talent. The work stops being meaningful after a certain point of time, as there is no change in work from ARM > RM > SRM.. with team responsibilities being given only at managerial level<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. The Unilever team sometimes gets good projects. They have good annual reviews and analyses. Work that way is better than at other clients.

Dislikes

Feels like a sweatshop. No one cares about what quality of outputs are being sent. Time given for most outputs is far less than what is needed for a near average output. There is no organized learning. You don't get answers or get contradictory answers to your questions. Work culture is terrible. Managers can often be seen screaming on the floor at associates usually over timelines that were impossible in the first place. Work distribution within teams is impossible uneven.
