The company culture was great at first. Young and vibrant people all around. Median age would be around 28-29 yrs. The exposure to various categories and understanding of consumer behaviour and interaction with clients at an early stage is a positive. In short >> Good company to start your career

Dislikes

The top management is not very good now in terms of encouraging talented people, and maintaining the culture that was in the company few years back. There is a lot of dissatisfaction among people in the lower ranks and the company is failing to retain good talent. The work stops being meaningful after a certain point of time, as there is no change in work from ARM > RM > SRM.. with team responsibilities being given only at managerial level. Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
