Mil laboratory is very good company and wound care dressing is very nice. But management not understood field staff problem. They want result in short time. Politics people in management so I left. But if company give chance I will join again but on write security of job. There are no security of job. They at anytime told that send your resignation letter. This is very bad culture. If they want I will join but on agreement of sales growth and my salary growth in written. But company product is very very nice. Specially wound dressing and gel base hand disinfectant....Read More
