I can able to gain more knowledge in work and also get lot of information about my job . Good working place respective easy transport .

There is no career growth and also no growth in salary . I will never get any opportunities to come up and shine in my work .

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
