That you can directly approach to the senior management and they are very accessible.

No leaves, no overtime pay, very strict in leaves , not even giving second Saturday off which is mandatory , that leads to employee burnout and ultimately the resignation .Can create a much better leave structure for mental well being of client.

It's a good company but for starting your carrier only. It pays are very low but if your works are good it will be acknowledged and rewarded. Appraisal and promotion are slight but you will get.

Work-life balance is nil here. Nobody's KRA is defined you will get work beyond your KRA and knowledge. The management and Team Lead invoke unhealthy competition between staff which creates a toxic work environment.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.
