Nothing, the person who doesn't have any goal in life or doesn't want to grow at wider range in life can work here otherwise ambitious or a person with higher goals can't work here for long term due to lowest growth level here.

Everything, utmost the HR policies, criticism, partially is happening openly here. They don't value their employees. Work in quantity like mountain and increment like two spoons of water in a glass that too in this fast expensive generation.

CPP business process wrong . need good product with services warranty (no warranty with dinner set) . also need same time DB entry in finpage or another software. branches losses time after 30 days DB and again add on , remainder mails etc. Need trainer in MP , new joining centre officer learning issues.
