Unethical Policies Unclear JD & KRA Faulty Communication or I would say zero communication means management and authorities never communicate their expectations but always seek delivery Favouritism top most unethical practices by all the authoritative and management. Newcomers have to suffer that's why the iteration rate is sky-high of the organisation even in the backend level.

Nothing to like in this company, very bad culture with lot of unethical practices. No clarity of KRA , extra working hours, if you can imagine yourself working late at 11 , 12 PM then only join midland

The lack of clear objectives, undefined KRA, extended working hours , inadequate leave benefits , disrespectful behaviour from senior management,overly stringent policy of sandwich leaves , unfriendly environment for freshers ,with minimal learning opportunities , paint a picture of a workplace that could harm rather then nurture one's career aspirations.

Many Red Flag ! Company is not supportive for freshers at all, students with good academic background should avoid joining as no learning and growth opportunities will be provided, managers just avoid freshers ,no clarity is provided, toxic environment by the senior management (BH) , working hours stretch beyond official working hours.

Everything, utmost the HR policies, criticism, partially is happening openly here. They don't value their employees. Work in quantity like mountain and increment like two spoons of water in a glass that too in this fast expensive generation.
