Likes

Good working environment and culture. Supportive and the management is transparent.

Dislikes

There is lot of politics and the management doesn't address or issues. Salary is decent but career growth is low.

Work Details

The job is quite interesting I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session I learnt everything on the job.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within Country.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
