If you like working 24x7, you would love it. Payment is also descent.

Very poor work life balance. No hierarchy being followed. Owner himself is of the thought that work is important than personal life. Not sure why people don't speak up but if you do so, obviously you are the culprit.

No proper culture, people sitting more than 20 years are big sharks. They will tumble you and they follow their own work culture and nothing is systematic

Work load very high this company. Lead not helping. Lots of the load handle field support engineers. Company environment not good. Senior not support to important time Further without any mistake blame to engineers.

The main dislike our senior not helping property to main time and after that blame to our field support engineers it's your issue.

Microland company is very good for the freshers where they can learn lot however for the senior employees the work pressure would be more. It is very deficult for you guys to balance your personal and professional. I have seen lot of employees have resigned during in our mid year review. I wont recommend to join if you are being the senior employee. Thank you all.

Management is not being very supportive. You work very hard though no one will recognise you. Work pressure would be more far sure.
