Pros: Good company to learn with good management. Lots of opportunity given to work and learn new skills with a supportive managers

Change in leadership in 2022 led to lots of experiment and the leadership team in US don't consider employee working out of India office worthy and they think they are masters. The leadership team in the US lacks empathy, guidence, mentoring and know only to question your integrity and are very demotivating. Lots of employee havequit due to this reason over the year. There is worklife balance, you don’t have to work extra and no OT is there.

They hire on contract by saying that you will be permanent after 24 months and salary will be increased accordingly, offered wfh by negotiating the salary, but after few months called to office without any increase in salary, not even did the permanent employment.

Bad Work Culture, Bureaucracy, Dead HR System, Over exploitation of the resources, No Empathy, No Job security, Micro management, No Recognition, No Respect, Language based grouping (Mallu's and Bengali's dominated) in both Senior and Mid Management, No involvement from VP, Chairman, HR whatever happens with the leadership team.

Very poor work life balance. No hierarchy being followed. Owner himself is of the thought that work is important than personal life. Not sure why people don't speak up but if you do so, obviously you are the culprit.
