Based on your ability you will be promoted (5months), me being an example. But there are people who are working in wet lab for years. All need a chance to prove themselves, since a few need a push. If you speak about the Product/Products, being in the Instrumentation-QC, I can assure all the products are 99.99% perfect (there's no 100% in Pharma) Even if I speak about the management and policies, I don't think it reaches them..;-)...Read More

Like everyone say. You need to Place a Bucket for seniors Trash. of course, world is like that, but you can't change your character, dignity and identity. There are a few loyal teammates, Seniors Appraisal- its not that appreciable compared to current market There are a few plants where work pressure is too much, thank God, this wasnot like that. Work-life balance is good, you never carry your burden to home, this is what I felt There is no canteen, could you believe me..
