I am not like but it's necessary to do the work to me. I am a one of the member of the Mitsubishi. Past 14 year + I am performing to do best. Still I am struggling to give best performance. Due to HRMS Fail in the organization. IR & HR not good in the organization. One thing I have to tell salary credit exactly within date. It's good.

Dislikes

No respect the employees, Give respect and take respect. Forgotten each and everyone. Business base is respect. No quality of people. Always arregement blackmailing. Talking about useless rules, legal & regulations. Finally the development freedom is very important.

Work Details

Very terrible, hard, physically challenging and mentally destarbing, finally employe can't set for work. He as to just leave. No good atmosphere.

10% workar and 90%trains, always change the man power, everything manual operating, weight lift high, company not given respect to employees.

Dislikes

Always hitting & hurting to employees. No promotion & increment every year , no benefits to employees. Employees as to work 24/7 .
