Metro Transit Pvt. Ltd. is a good company for employees, here person are learn to many types of automobile parts and communication of person and man handling ability are increased. In this company no pressure of work.

Dislikes

Working time is difficult because here is more work in night shift and this is the transport line and holiday is not fix date as like festival.

I'm a junior service engineer in this company. My work is as shift incharge in my shift and care about working conditions and handling the supervisors, mechanics, electricians, painters, denters, tyre man and hole maintenance department in my shift.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
