Very third class company having zero quality training of their environment. Worst level of politics is played. There are around 25-30 members in management team who have came through reference of one VP, all these management guys are hired on high positions by this VP. these management guys have again hired people of their choice from outside ie their previous juniors. There is one person who is Sr. Technical Manager but he is technically zero, all know about him but cannot raise any voice as he is a person of VP only. He just takes credits of good work done by people, if anything goes wrong or if client escalations occur then he points fingers at developers Good & very appraisals are given to these guys only irrespective of the performance. Nothing, their marketing team is 100% lier, they commit anything to client which is not possible to deliver using company product environment.
