1. On the technology front, it's top notch. Java, Kubernetes, MicroServices, AWS services - you name it. 2. Great work culture - respect regardless of title and empowerment to experiment and explore with technologies / process freely. 1. Leadership vision lately has been a blend of confusion. Most people feel the lack of direction. 2. Retention policies of highly skilled employees has to improve. You cannot let go. Attrition is a huge concern. 3. Too many features and technical debt that has piled up over years 4. Although a very good product, Metricstream needs to learn to say 'No' to unreasonable customer demands and customizations. A lot of their competitors are doing well because they can manage their upgrades well. MetricStream upgrades are so messy only because of excessive customizations dancing to the whims of everything customers ask for. 5.
