There are lots of dislikes we see across the tenure 1) No Job security , anytime they can fire you 2) if you ask for appraisal you are tip of gun to fire 3) no visionary leaders , the management is there to just to draw salary 4) no new technology

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
