Lots of innocent people get cheated because of them,Employee were. forced to work on weekend and even on pandemic from office. no work planning, noisy surrounding.Management use to threat employee if they don't want to do work from office during pandemic or tested positive COVID. no appreciation on good, not even good work culture

As per my 2 years exp in MET Technologies. That company is not good. There have many more politician like (Arijit Paul (Head of the Corporate Politics) office role GM, Bhaskar Dutta, Ankush (PHP Developer), Amitabho Paramanik (Front End Development) this are not human being.... There have lake of salary issues, sick leave issues. An those guys are spoil this company.....

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion.
