It is a best experience with meritrac, I learn lot of thing and I improved my communication skills, I also build my personality in better way, I think meritrac is the basement of knowledge, management and it leads to succeed. I am very happy with the experience I had with.

Work Details

I use to coordinate the drive which would the interview part in MNCs, I went depth into work, I contributed my skill to complete the work on time.

Work days: Alternate Saturday off (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within Country.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
