No Pros , only they offer high salary but do not expect you will ever get the variable component as they will find ways to cut it since no policies in place.

Everything , loads of work , you have to work on weekends as well , leaves not get approved so result in loss of pay and then also they will call you for some work. Daily working starts at 10 am and goes on till 9 pm , if by chance you leave at 8pm even , everyone will comment on you that you are going early . No Work life balance . They will be hiring you for a trainee role where they will give their product knowledge in 1 week or two they will only give accommodation for few days and they don’t have specific date until the training gets finished, hence for rest of the days you’ll be the one bearing the cost 2. During the training phase they will teach you utter shit in local language, most of them have got no communication skills and post these days they do a evaluation which will be again taken by some stupid people and they’ll probably throw you out by giving utter shit feedback if you are not able to please them or answer to their stupid questions. 3. The above can also happen post probation of 3 months. They’ll ask you to be out with no prior information.
