Worst culture. No work/Life balance. Strict 9 hours shift with the timer on your head. No WFH/HYBRID culture. strict 5 days office working. They don't understand anything like family emergency. If you don't have leaves they cut salary and ask you to put LOP. Micromanagement at peak. Stalking you like anything. Calculating break times and whom you are talking to. I really liked the work culture with the supporting managers. Company has a clear vision and every one is align to that. Good work life balance, I am getting proper me time to do my personal stuff. Good salary pay and on time appraisal.

Not so frequent, but sometimes delivery time is short
