Neither employees nor management seem to value the role of HR. Management consider HR as Robot. There is unequal treatment of male and female employees within HR teams. Employees are unclear about their roles and responsibilities for years Diplomatic heads are perceived as unsupportive of their team members. Recruitment is challenges.The organization's low salary increases (10-12%) create a constant cycle of recruitment due to high employee turnover and never ending expansion of various projects. I had the unfortunate experience of working with Meril, and I can confidently say that it is not a place where you can learn or grow professionally. The entire HR department lacks the basic skills and knowledge required to run an effective HR function. There is a noticeable absence of professionalism, and instead, the environment isfull of office politics. The HR leadership is not proactive or competent, with many heads showing up after 11:00 am and hardly demonstrating any sense of urgency or responsibility. Very bad and rude senior and also six working days so there is no work life balance. Diversity acceptance is zero as if come from othe stat you must have to learn their language otherwise they'll not accept you also always try to humiliate you

There is job security, meril can be retirement working plan, infrastructure is good.

Dislikes

No growth, management is very rude with employees, micromanaging employees, mangers will interfere in your personal life, dominate you, manager entertain gossip, and quarantine you if you are not listening to them, most funny part is the watchmen gives gossip to leads and they entertain all this!
