- If you join in May 2023 you wont be eligible for hike in 2024 but 2025 - No work life balance - No fun at work - No Leave in first year except CL & SL ( CL - 7 / SL - 7 , will get pro rate basisc )( PL will get annually but you need to earn it ) - Monday to Saturday working - 1990 work culture - policy designed as per the employer not for employee -

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
