It is really good of company that during this epidemic of covid 19, none of the employee were ask for any extra pressure on sale aspect , except for safety. Team superior and management are so supportive during this time. Even over all culture is real time culture.. So feeling good about my carrier and growth option in this company.

Environment is very good. The seniors, teammates are cooperative and welcome new initiatives. Compensation is fair, provided your performance is exemplary.

At times internal politics takes toll on you especially when you deliver 9/10 jobs. That 1 job which you didn't do ( because it was never a priority) will be marked by your boss and no proper handover.

Work Details

Sorted until you deliver what is asked for. Got chance to learn in depth the different functions of my dept., Though i struggled at the beginning as there was no proper handover.
