This company operates in a highly unprofessional manner, often referred to as a "Lala Company" due to its outdated and chaotic management style. Here are some of the major issues employees face: 1. Delayed Salaries: Employees rarely receive their salaries on time, leading to financial stress and uncertainty. 2. Unfair Leave Policies: There is no proper leave policy in place. The company makes its own arbitrary rules, often denying leaves even in genuine cases. 3. Incompetent Management: Most managers lack proper knowledge and leadership skills. There are no learning or growth opportunities since they are more focused on personal matters rather than professional development. 4. Job Insecurity & Mass Hiring-Firing: Employees are treated as test subjects. The company frequently engages in mass hiring and firing, creating an unstable work environment with no job security. 5. Biased Promotions & No Recognition: Promotions are based on favoritism and flattery rather than performance. Hardworking employees are ignored, while those who engage in "chaplusi" (sycophancy) are rewarded. 6. Colleagues are very good.

Dislikes

This company is without vision, they don't know what they are doing, there is a lot of pressure and load of work, strict leave policy with one leave in a month, saturdays are fixed, the management is not supported at all, there is criticism between employees on the basis of their performances.They put pressure to work on the weekends and offs.
