There is no proper planning for recruitment and relieving as well sap go lives. Most of sap modules practice they are simply stopping because of less experienced higher management.There is less chances for permanent position from contract even if you work 10 years also.For contractual every 6 months they can renewal or stopping.Most of contractors are removed from the company. Better to avoid this company. Lot of favoritism and politics inside....Read More
