New leadership has made some changes i personally didn't like i feel all departments are important for any organization ignoring service departments is a discriminations a sort of also the input from service persons will help in product development as technology changes super fast is missing or lagging the pay scale is also need to improves it is less than market in India. Company policies are good. You have ample opportunities to prove your worth, on time salaries. No deductions even in worst periods of covid.

Dislikes

I personally have a very good experience working in Merck from last 4 years & more. Only thing about dislike is there are certain areas where cost cutting has impacted in annual meetings outside India.
