Company policies are good. You have ample opportunities to prove your worth, on time salaries. No deductions even in worst periods of covid.

I personally have a very good experience working in Merck from last 4 years & more. Only thing about dislike is there are certain areas where cost cutting has impacted in annual meetings outside India.

Providing night shifts for girls even after 2 months of marriage or at the time of marriage and pregnancy is very horrible. Being working in life science company providing night shifts are very pain for all the women employees
