I give overall rating 1 coz 0 was not possible. Company culture is spoiling day by day. Forget job security job satisfaction also not there. To much of politics.I Don't understand where it will take them

Work life balance is good. Work also if you are into a good project for mercedes ag there is challenging Work, lots of time and support tp explore.....but getting challenging work is little difficult. Overall a good experience.

It's neither product nor services. How much control we have on pur work will depend on individual project.

The work life balance in terms of pure work timings is ok. But the problem is with the request by managers to be in office every day. There's no rule as such about WFH / WFO by the HR as such. It's left up to the manager's discretion. But the bad managers really take advantage of this opportunity to call people every day in the week.

People are not given genuinely ownership and is rights are accumulated to few favourites. Top management doesn’t take active effort to identify efforts by an individual. Improper way of awards and recognition. Highly partial environment for growth and development.

Company culture is like extended version of Bosch. Top management is very short sighted and employees with good relationships with Management are the ones who will be promoted or projected. No value for technical knowledge and contributions it’s all show off to Germans.

Company have a nice culture of ownership, which makes you a part of the project, though sometimes it also become frustrating as you will help responsible for anything goes wrong. It has a good work life balance and leave policy are good.

The company though named as R&D has very little to do with it, Most of the works are not challenging and it will be a simple, So learning curve will be not that much good.

Being in Mercedes benz feels like working with a brand is always good you will see lot of good cars around you. Work like balance is amazing. Its a company one can retire with. Lot of lead opportunity you will get and to take responsibility for a product. Travelling to Germany if you are lucky.
