The objective of the company is more towards product development however due to poor leadership the reality is that MBRDI is an internal service provider of Daimler. Lateral entries get heavily paid. It is advisable to ask for maximum hike while joining because the average hikes are below market standards. If your work creates expansion of head count you will be recognised.
