Good learning opportunity. Free food. Transport facilities. Flexible timings. German language training. Occasional onsite opportunity in Germany.

Dislikes

Lot of politics. Many Inefficient people with local colleges. People come just by influence with no skill set. Anyone can become an employee of this company.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized.
