This is one of the worst companies to work in India. Don't go by name, there are no work ethics. The managers have zero technical knowledge of the subject. Politics and favourism is rampant. You climb the ladder only by polishing your managers shoes and more. No appreciation for hard and diligent worker. Most of the managers are chemical engineers (zero relevant domain knowledge) handling a team of expert mechanical engineers performing advance mechanical engineering task. An honest advice from someone who has worked for 1/3 of the career there, please steer away from the company.
