The worst company I have ever seen. No job security. Management politics are very high. They hire you as per their need and also fire you as soon as their work is done. I don't suggest this company to anyone. You can do a background check of 2 years you will get the results.management hires you because they get compensation from client side for placing new candidate at clientside. Hectic, pathetic,they want us to work on weekends every n for that no allowance,but they take allowance from client side.

1. Reporting structure is good allows to talk to multiple senior people. 2. Good guidance from tech people, allows for better client managment. 3. Good processes allows for better performance. 4. Multi tasking allows for good personal growth.

1. Multitasking is overwhelming, needs to be smoothled out with priority. 2. Change in priority make tasks difficult. 3. Managment needs to spend more time for team motivation, team building and keep their morale high.
