I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion. Only job security. No one will expel you from company.

No canteen facility. No HR Policy. No security for female employees. No any transportation facility for emergency. Company located in such a place that you never get any transportation for main city. U have to work with your own risk. No body will support you.
