Management are not good at all , if you are right also they will say no we are correct .. and if you explain to them they will say do not justify.. we are only right . No growth at all , no future in this company .. kindly do not join .. people working there Al of them are finding comfort zone. Shift start a at 10 am .. if anyone need leave same day they will inform even after 10.30 am it will be excepted. That is y all employees working in comfort zone . Many things are there … overall experience is worst… Employee will sleep after lunch closing the consultation room , switching off the light so that no one can’t see them .. Personal phone calls .. end no of time and long hours … but no action has been taken even after informing management team. Be aware of Ms. Hemalatha .. she is the one never accepted if you are showing any concern or complaining about anything .. wil say do not justify… we are right always . From the security/ house keeping staff to end patient material coordinator all off them are in comfort Zone.. Kindly do not join this company.. They always says we are memorial Sloan Kettering cancer centre from New York .. but they are not .. it’s under Icliniq which is from Coimbatore....Read More
