Meaningless meetings. They force employes to give good reviews on social site or they will fire you or give fake experience letter . Toxic HR. No support for team. Unneccesary pressure . HR takes revenge for no reasons. No public or casual holidays. No leaves are allowed if you are ill or even someone dies, they dont care,they want attandence only. No promotions , offer letter justifiy clearly they will behave as you are slave and no promotion even after probition period ends. They will hire you only for 8 -9 months after that they will kick you without any reason or preffer making pressure on you so you quit yourself....Read More

Professional culture, if you are fresher then and only the you join here , else As a civil engineer you will suffer a lot in later course of life. You can work here as HR , ARCHITECT, MANAGEMENT . BUT . for civil engineering join another company because, working here will destroy your knowledge about Indian construction industry
