Hi sir( director)...u should take action on hr department because their are giving salaries to recommend people not by direct approach employee...again they are increasing salaries on their own decisions...if u won't take action definitely u r company will be on risk ...give salaries for well know employees not by reference one... supervisors getting better then engineers...better to get out the engineers from u r company...take action on hr and on head office people...their handling their own rules not by company rules.......Read More

All the management relative are settled in this company.

Very bad experience. Telegu people are more preferable because the management relatives are settled as Am,pm,spm in this type of post.98% employee of this company Telugu and relative of each other if we make a list of employee work in this company we found that also. So that non telegu employee dont take facility as much as telegu employee.The site audit also very poor.

This is one of the worst company for electrical projects. Their packages are worst and they deducted around 30-35% of your salary and they provide that money as bonus after 3,4 years,

Whole management is filled with Unprofessionals and almost all the staff they have hired is based on recommendations and linguistic preferences. Management and directors are not having zero knowledge about SOP . Very difficult for the new staff to survive here under immense linguistic biased politics. It will take another 15-20 years to adopt proper SOP . They are financial very strong but they lag in being professionals....Read More

I likes the most is their environment and team and lot of things there to learn always they wants you to make skilled, I worked here approx 2 yr as a Civil engineer and learn a lot of things about my field .

Sallary not credited in time , no any leave from HR side. , If you are taken leave then money will be deducted from yor sallary, & no any four wheeler vehicle provide by company.. & company provide only HF-Delux bike. Very poor guest house like a apartment.. no any accommodation given by company. From in hand sallary will be deducted your PF&Tax.
