Hi sir( director)...u should take action on hr department because their are giving salaries to recommend people not by direct approach employee...again they are increasing salaries on their own decisions...if u won't take action definitely u r company will be on risk ...give salaries for well know employees not by reference one... supervisors getting better then engineers...better to get out the engineers from u r company...take action on hr and on head office people...their handling their own rules not by company rules.......Read More

All the management relative are settled in this company.

Very bad experience. Telegu people are more preferable because the management relatives are settled as Am,pm,spm in this type of post.98% employee of this company Telugu and relative of each other if we make a list of employee work in this company we found that also. So that non telegu employee dont take facility as much as telegu employee.The site audit also very poor.
