I loved this company very well and i leraned lot of things and enjoyed my life very well there but after resigned for growth from there i dont think that i get the most valuable life as that... there is really a fantastic working atmosphere. Everything is in systematic order.

Some say there is no proper work-life balance, and that employees may have to work on Sundays and festivals Timings: Some say there are no proper timings, and that employees may have to work minimum 13 hours in a day

I likes the most is their environment and team and lot of things there to learn always they wants you to make skilled, I worked here approx 2 yr as a Civil engineer and learn a lot of things about my field .

There is nothing to dislikes in this company but some suggetion to change some of HR policies

They treat engineer employees as labour. All the head staff will be MD relatives , or friends , most politics occur in this company If you raise your voice they terminate with out your notice No job security, in September more then 3000 members are terminated with out information and settlement

Company is Good, Promoters are also goo, but reporting authorities are big problem, they feel they are god and they are taking care of our families, as if they are paying salary. Lucky to get placed in Megha Engineering, but lucky enough to continue for 1 year, ultra luck for 3 years

Dont join meil group.Life spoiled.Nims hospital site accommodation is very poor.staying purpose rooms given in hostel.1 small room 8 persons staying.Dgm nagendra babu given poor accommodation to staff. Many employees resignation to meil group because company hr policy is not good.with out prior importation company remove employees.animal is better than meil group.small builder company is better than meil group .Hide salary deductions more in meil group.If ctc 50,000.employees recieve net salary only 38000....Read More
