No Carrier growth, No salary increments, No respect from management to employes, long delay of salaries, benifits like coupons, salary advances, team outings are only in documents, not in reality, there is no end for work, but not capable to get payments from customers for the services/products provided. Managers finance team says they are not able to pay salaries now, but promises to clear in future. Wont reduce notice period, wont cancel 3years of bond even not able to pay monthly salary. They say company policies which cant change. But they take paying salaries is not company policy. They state pending salaries are not unproffessional thing. Pending salaries for 4 months...Read More

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
