Environment is good except that people who are Unfit for r and d, lazy, create negative comments on the employees on pages like this. Only thing I want to improve is that before hiring somebody, not only the best College, the best student but the student who have better interpersonal skills only should be considered, not the one who just show their frustration of incapablity on the sites like this
