There is no job security, if you are completing your daily targets you are in the company and if you are not then they will put you on PIP plan and eventually you will be fired.

The work is on daily target basis, and there targets are very high, if you will say please let me come to the office then they they will say that there is no space in the office and keep doing work from home.
