If u receive good team as I joined I have received really good team till 2023 and the people wear good and also they trained me really good

As I received good team till 2023 after in 2024 they moved me in team there the people really not good at all as they playing office politics all the time and also the team coach and the senior team leader they both have very bad behaviour and not providing good traning by this two people and also they marking errors as I am still in the OJT training period they. In Medusind Solutions there is no personal life. No work satisfaction, you don't get paid according to your work. Team leaders and manager do favourism and politics while giving appraisal and promotion, Some of the team leader have there personal agenda with there team members.
