Likes

Teammates are supportive, manager is supportivs but no one will help regarding work from other departments. Salary hike is very less. Bonus also they deduct from employees package and give on diwali. Lot of politics and gossiping. People have more time to gossips. Good for lazy people who worked for retirement here. This company is not for growing people.

Dislikes

Lot of politics and people have less work and have more time to gossips... Even at the higher positions people like above manager are gossips about anything and anyone about employees. Management doesn't care about employees issues. Not good salary hike, no career growth. No job training will be provided separately.

The job was absolutely different. I learnt everything on job. Worked with higher level positions.

Nothing only tea is free otherwise for everything they charge. They have cafeteria but for lunch and breakfast one had to pay
